TYPES OF COOKIES USED

Functional Cookies, Performance-Analytics Cookies, and Advertising/Marketing Cookies are processed under Article 5 of the KVKK based on the legal grounds of “it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,” “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person,” and “explicit consent.”

WHICH COOKIES ARE COLLECTED AND WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF COOKIE USE?

for these purposes (“Purposes”).

Your personal data may be transferred, where required by the above-mentioned Purposes, to our third-party business partners, suppliers, affiliates located domestically and abroad, including lawyers and financial advisors, as well as to legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and to our service providers abroad based on the legal ground of the “existence of a standard contract” under subparagraph (c) of paragraph (4) of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Vademecum Group uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze how users use the website, mobile application, and/or mobile site, to monitor visitor traffic, and to provide statistical information and reports.

Relevant persons whose personal data are processed by Vademecum through cookies may submit their requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by applying to Vademecum’s above-mentioned address via notary public or registered mail, or by sending an e-mail to info@vademecumonline.com.tr together with documents identifying your identity. Your applications will be responded to within the legal period depending on their nature.
